Phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang phỏng vấn trực tiếp 191 điều dưỡng lâm sàng đang làm việc tại Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2017 theo Bộ câu hỏi cấu trúc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ stress nghề nghiệp của điều dưỡng khối lâm sàng Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội là 35,1%.
