Authors: Keith Swanwick (1979) - The basis involves a careful and clear examination and analysis of the fundamental concepts involved in music. What is music? Is music meaningful? It has no ‘subject-matter’ like literature; yet to call it ‘meaningless’, as Stravinsky said, seems absurd.

Authors: Trinh Le Huy, Tran Dinh Anh (2021) - Primary breast diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with limited data.
We here report a case of primary breast diffuse large B-cell lymphoma mimicking breast cancer. A 52-year old woman had a painless mass in her right breast. Fine needle aspiration cytology and core biopsy were
performed which suggested malignant features but could not confirm the specific subtype. Excisional biopsy
then was conducted revealing non-Hodgkin lymphoma, which was subsequently confirmed with histopathology
and diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). A chest computed tomography scan revealed
a 3.5cm sized breast mass with skin thickening and modest ly...

Authors: Nguyen Van Tinh, Nguyen Thi Viet Ha (2021) - Congenital chylous ascites is a rare disease that results from abnormal development of the intra-abdominal
lymphatic system. No gold standard treatment has been described so far, however, a combination of medium–chain
triglyceride based diet or total parenteral nutrition along with octreotide and abdominal paracentesis is considered
as a conservative management. This treatment is often a challenge to physicians since chylous ascites is often
refractory and result in malnutrition and immune deficiency because of the loss of proteins and lymphocytes. We
report a four-month old boy with congenital chylous ascites who was refractory to medical treatment with prolonged
bowel re...

Authors: Ths.

Authors: TS. Hoàng Trọng Minh (2014) - The IEEE 802.11 MAC is originated design to local wireless network that suites for single hop fashion. Nowadays, it becomes de facto standard for many emerged multi-hop network technologies such as sensor network, vehicle ad-hoc network or mesh network. However, the standard employed CSMA/CA mechanism has to face with potential challenges which come from characteristics of multi-hop transmission environment. In which, node distribution is one of key factors concerned to the successful transmission probability of
a connection and overall network performance. Hence, this paper proposes a novel analytical model of IEEE 802.11 MAC based wireless multi-hop network to validate main network...
