  • This study explores the perceptions of Business English major students regarding the use of AI writing assistants in the Commercial Correspondence course at Thang Long University. With the growing adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and QuillBot in academic contexts, it is essential to understand how these technologies are perceived in professional writing education. The research employed a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire distributed to 141 third- and fourth-year students, including both AI users and non-users.
