  • The Countryside in the Sinosphere’s Medieval Poetry explores the literary and cultural relationships between East Asian countries, specifically Vietnam, Korea, and Japan, and their shared influences from Chinese literature during the medieval period. The research outlines how Confucian thoughts and concepts of nature and humanity influenced medieval poets in these countries, while also highlighting the unique cultural values embedded in their countryside-themed poems. Despite geographical differences, East Asian countries shared historical and social similarities that fostered the development of medieval literature, particularly poetry that depicted rural life and nature.

  • In this article, we investigate the existence, uniqueness and exponential decay of asymptotically almost periodic solutions of the parabolic-elliptic Keller-Segel system on a real hyperbolic manifold. We prove the existence and uniqueness of such solutions in the linear equation case by using the dispersive and smoothing estimates of the heat semigroup. Then we pass to the well-posedness of the semi-linear equation case by using the results of linear equation and fixed point arguments. The exponential decay is proven by using Gronwall's inequality.

  • Mô tả kết quả thực hiện quy trình quản lý bệnh suy tim điều trị ngoại trú tại Khoa Tim mạch, bệnh viện Vinmec Times City, Hà Nội năm 2024. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang có phân tích. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu tiến hành trên 161 NB suy tim điều trị ngoại trú có tuổi trung bình (70 ± 14,0) tuổi, tỉ số nam/nữ (1,71/1). Điểm “kiến thức chung” trước tư vấn, sau tư vấn 1 tháng và 3 tháng có sự cải thiện (p < 0,001) với số điểm lần lượt là (6,0 ± 3,0); (7,5 ± 3,3); (9,2 ± 3,4). Điểm thực hành tự chăm sóc cũng có sự cải thiện: Điểm thực hành “Duy trì tự chăm sóc”; “Quản lý tự chăm sóc”; “Tự tin chăm sóc” với trung vị (KTPV) lần lượt tại từng thời điểm đều có sự khác biệt (với p < 0,001).   • Mục tiêu: Mô tả hội chứng cai và một số kết quả dự phòng biến cố thở máy ở trẻ thở máy có sử dụng an thần, giảm đau điều trị tại Khoa Điều trị tích cực Nội khoa, Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương năm 2022-2023. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 230 trẻ thở máy có sử dụng thuốc an thần, giảm đau với mẫu phiếu thu thập thông tin được xây dựng dựa trên thang đánh giá hội chứng cai WAT-1(Withdrawal Assessment Tool- version 1) và tham khảo ý kiến chuyên gia về Hồi sức tích cực Nhi khoa. Phân tích số liệu trên SPSS 26.0 để mô tả tỉ lệ trẻ thở máy sử dụng an thần mắc hội chứng cai và một số kết quả dự phòng biến cố thở máy.   • Mô tả cắt ngang trên 150 người bệnh đủ 18 tuổi trở lên được chẩn đoán đái tháo đường type 2 theo tiêu chuẩn chẩn đoán của ADA 2021, tại khoa Nội tiết và các bệnh chuyển hóa, bệnh viện Thanh Nhàn từ tháng 04 đến tháng 08 năm 2024 bằng bộ câu hỏi ITQ (Injection Technique Questionnaire) đã được thông qua tại hội thảo khuyến nghị chuyên gia (FITTER) và đã được chỉnh sửa cho phù hợp với tình hình của Việt Nam và theo ý kiến của chuyên gia.   • The research was conducted based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), with the research model built on 06 influencing factors to the digital transformation process of businesses, with the intermediate variable “Decision on digital transformation”. There were 456 small and medium-sized enterprises in Hanoi surveyed for this research from March to June 2023.
