Dengue attacks people in all ages but elderly patients are associated with greater severity and poor
outcome. Additionally, males account for a major proportion of dengue patients in the Western Pacific Region.
Therefore, we conducted this research to investigate if there is any difference in laboratory alterations by age
and sex in dengue patients.
