    • The present action research aims at helping second-year English-majored students at Thang Long University (TLU) improve their listening comprehension ability. Therefore, it is an attempt to investigate the effects of dictogloss, a new technique to teach listening, on the students’ listening comprehension. The thesis reports the characteristics of dictogloss activity, how the participants’ comprehension is impacted through the mplementation of the tasks and the students’ responses when facing dictogloss tasks.
