This research aims to present challenges that English-majored students face while
studying for the IELTS exam at Thang Long University. The study explored students’
attitude as well as identifying all possible obstacles that hinder them from achieving
advancements in oral proficiency. This study used a mixed methods design, combining
both qualitative and quantitative research. To gain insights from the target population,
the study will utilize interviews alongside questionnaires.
