| Abstract: | Hodgkin lymphoma in elderly patients is rare. We present a case of Hodgkin Lymphoma manifesting in a 75-year-old man with clinical and pathologic characteristics suggestive of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. This case illustrates the potential for diagnostic confusion. |
