  • This study explores the perceptions of Business English major students regarding the use of AI writing assistants in the Commercial Correspondence course at Thang Long University. With the growing adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and QuillBot in academic contexts, it is essential to understand how these technologies are perceived in professional writing education. The research employed a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire distributed to 141 third- and fourth-year students, including both AI users and non-users.

  • This study investigates the challenges faced by third and fourth year English language majors at Thang Long University in English-Vietnamese consecutive interpreting. Interpreting is inherently complex, requiring not only bilingual proficiency but also high levels of cognitive, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Through quantitative and qualitative research designs, questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were conducted with selected students to explore the difficulties they encounter, their causes, and coping strategies.
