  • Giám sát kết hợp hành vi và các chỉ số sinh học (IBBS) vòng II được thực hiện từ tháng 6 năm 2009 đến tháng 2 năm 2010 trong các quần thể đích ở Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, TP. HCM, Cần Thơ, An Giang, Đà Nẵng, Nghệ An, Yên Bái, Đồng Nai, Điện Biên và Lào Cai. IBBS sử dụng phương pháp lấy mẫu tại cộng đồng để ước tính tỷ lệ hiện nhiễm HIV và các bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục khác (STI) cũng như thu thập các chỉ số hành vi nguy cơ và khả năng tiếp cận với các can thiệp trong các nhóm có nguy cơ cao (MARP), bao gồm nhóm Tiêm chích ma túy (TCMT), nhóm phụ nữ mại dâm (PNMD), và nhóm Nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới (MSM).
