Abstract

The research aims to investigate the main challenges that non-English major students at Thang Long University (TLU) encounte r when learning English-speaking skills in online and offline settings. The paper used quantitative and qualitative approaches by conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews with about 89 non-English major students.
