Abstract

This study will explore the challenges English major students at Thang Long University face when writing business letters in the Commercial Correspondence course, a required subject for third- and fourth-year students. It seeksto identify key difficulties, examine their underlying causes-including linguistic, structural, and cultural factors-as well as understand students' views on the current teaching approach.
