dc.description.abstract | This chapter presents overview of the study, such as rationale, research objectives, research question, method of the study and significance of the study. The study provides some theoretical framework and a comprehensive literature review that points out some definitions of listening and listening comprehension, the importance of listening and difficulties in learning English listening as discussed in previous studies. The research delves into the methods and processes used to collect data. Specifically, this section will include the research design, research participants, research instruments and data analysis. From the collected data, this chapter will analyze the data. This chapter will present the Analysis and Synthesis of Key Findings, compare and contrast with previous theories and studies, explain the results obtained, discuss the practical and theoretical significance of the research results, and give suggestions on how to apply these results in practice or in future studies. The chapter will review the main points discussed and some provide some recommendations for students. | vi |
