  • Optimal hedge-algebras-based controller: Design and application

  • In previous papers, we introduced a new reasoning method based on quantifying linguistic domains, established a new fuzzy control algorithm, called hedge-algebras-based controller (HAC), and applied it to solve some fuzzy control problems. The HAC does not require fuzzy sets to provide the semantics of the linguistic terms used in the fuzzy rule system rather the semantics is obtained through the semantically quantifying mappings (SQMs). It was shown that the new method is very effective, i.e. for these problems it is always able to efficiently control the process toward the stable state.   • Wireless sensor networks: a survey

  • This paper describes the concept of sensor networks which has been made viable by the convergence of micro electro-mechanical systems technology, wireless communications and digital electronics. First, the sensing tasks and the potential sensor networks applications are explored, and a review of factors influencing the design of sensor networks is provided. Then, the communication architecture for sensor networks is outlined, and the algorithms and protocols developed for each layer in the literature are explored.   • In this article, we establish theorems of the alternative for a system described by inequalities, equalities and a set inclusion, which are generalizations of Tucker’s classical theorem of the alternative, and develop Kuhn–Tucker necessaryconditions for efficiency to mathematical programs in normed linear spaces involving inequality, equality and set constraints with positive Lagrange multipliers of all the components of objective functions

  • Trong bài báo này, tác giả áp dụng mô hình ước lượng hồi quy gộp (POLS) để đánh giá tác động của phát triển tài chính đến tăng trưởng kinh tế các nước ASEAN. Mô hình xem xét tác động của các chỉ số phát triển tài chính đại diện: tỷ lệ nợ thanh khoản trên GDP, tỷ trọng tín dụng tư nhân trong nước và quy mô các ngân hàng thương mại trong khu vực tác động đến GDP bình quân đầu người. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, phát triển tài chính có tác động tích cực tới tăng trưởng kinh tế, từ đó giúp các nhà hoạch định chính sách đưa ra những quyết định phát triển và cải thiện các chỉ số tài chính để góp phần nâng cao và duy trì sự tăng trưởng trong dài hạn cho cả khu vực Đông Nam Á
